basically, i think the general rule of thumb is: if someone REALLY wants the blood that’s inside of your body, and they’re like… a vampire, or a dracula, or some sort of mansquito, then that’s probably okay. a dracula and a mansquito are made for removing things like blood and swords from inside your body.
that’s basically fine.
if something wants to get at your blood, and they’re, say, some kind of murdersaurus, or maybe a really big frog, that’s where the problems start to arise. a really frog is not made for removing blood, and your blood knows this, which is why it is so vehement about wanting to stay IN your body instead of coming out.
unfortunately this will not deter a really big frog, because a really big frog is full of things like prizes, and value, and quite a lot of hatred, and it would REALLY rather like to replace any and all of those things with your blood, and basically by any means possible.

Is their blog run by a screenwriter or actor? Are you now or do you intend to be a member of SAG-AFTRA? If the answer to both of these questions is “no” then there is NO NEED TO BOYCOTT, AND IN FACT YOU ARE ACTING AGAINST THE SPECIFIC REQUESTS OF THE ACTORS.
Please, review the guidelines they have set out. They are widely available at this point. Websites are allowed to run promotional material, and you are perfectly allowed to do so as well UNLESS YOU ARE A MEMBER OF SAG-AFTRA OR INTEND TO BE IN THE FUTURE.

There really aren’t, this is likely a promotional campaign that was already established prior to the strike, and the promotional blackout does not apply to general fans. It does apply to certain influencers, but the definition of “influencer” in this case requires to you be providing promotion and advertising to brands/companies already, AND either be working under the SAG-AFTRA influencer agreement, or hoping to do so in the future. And those people know who they are.
Random tumblr fans are free to interact with the Barbie film tumblr as much as they want. Which will probably not be much, most of us don’t interact with the promotional blogs that much, but it’s still not going to fuck people over unless they’re in the industry and not paying attention.

you’re allowed to be excited about things, you’re allowed to talk about the shit you’re interested in, and if the Barbie movies pr finally realized tumblr is a good place to advertise the movie that’s not work that would have ever been done by one of the striking workers anyway.
if you’re a YouTuber, or a tiktoker, or someone else they’d consider a “content creator” (eugh), and if a film production company comes to you with an offer to advertise using your platform, that’d be scabbing. if you had any hopes of working in Hollywood in the future that’d be shot instantly.
SAG doesn’t care if you post 4000 gifsets of Ryan Gosling. I imagine Ryan is very proud of the work he’s done since Greta shot him with the bimbofication ray, and it’s ok to recognize that fact
